- Account Terms:
– Payment terms will vary based on the agreed account type (COD, 7 Days EOM, 20 Days EOM).
– Payment is due within the agreed term from the date of invoice. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the suspension or cancellation of the account. - Late Payments:
– Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 5% per month, calculated daily from the due date until payment is made in full.
– The customer will be responsible for all costs associated with the recovery of overdue amounts, including legal fees. - Orders and Delivery:
– Orders placed are subject to availability.
– Delivery dates are estimates only. The supplier is not responsible for any delays. - Business-to-Business Transactions:
– All sales are final, and returns will only be accepted under the conditions stated in our returns policy.
– The customer is responsible for ensuring that all purchases are appropriate for their needs and that they have reviewed all product information and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) prior to use. - Use of Products:
– The customer agrees to use all products in accordance with the product labels and SDS provided. The supplier is not liable for any damages arising from the misuse or improper use of the products. - Credit Checks:
– By signing this application, the customer authorises the supplier to conduct credit checks and to contact the trade references provided. - Account Suspension/Cancellation:
– The supplier reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account at any time, particularly in the event of non-payment or breach of any terms and conditions. - Privacy Policy:
– The information provided will be used for account management purposes only and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

- General Conditions for Returns
– Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged goods or if the incorrect product has been supplied.
– To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
– Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date. - Return Process:
– To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at accounts@autosmartnz.co.nz with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
– Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your returned item.
– The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item). - Inspection and Refunds:
– Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
– If the return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
– If the item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, only a partial refund may be granted. - Non-Returnable Items:
